Black Flag with a Blue Strip Horizontal across the middle? :roll:

I've seen the stickers on car windows and bumpers but I've no clue as to what they stand for. . . I'm sure someone here knows~

Most likely, it's on the vehicle of a police officer, currently serving or retired.

Yup....we've got one on our Explorer, we received it about 4 weeks after we were sworn in.
