PROSECUTOR CHARGED WITH CRIME

Razmi Tahirkheli is facing domestic battery charges. He has been an assistant
prosecutor in Crawford County since March of 2003. Bourbon County attorney Terri
Johnson filed the charges as a special prosecutor. Tahrikheli was arrested May 16 at
his home.
Meanwhile, he continues to work in the Crawford County prosecutor's office,
but he doesn't handle domestic cases.
