--RESULTS--
Dog Name
PEKINGESE
Origins
China. Similar miniature dogs have been known in China since the T'ang Dynasty of the 8th century. They allegedly frighten away evil spirits and were kept in extraordinarily privileged circumstances in the Chinese Imperial Court. A few were first imported into Britain in 1860 when British troops stormed the Summer Palace in Peking and were able to confiscate five of the dogs that were left behind by the Chinese.
Personality
In some people's eyes this dog combines the grace of a lion with the sweetness of a marmoset. To others it is a totally bizarre freak with a face like a bomb crater and a body like a mouldy sausage - all that with a pink tongue flecking out of it sooty black face. But this dog has dignity and a mind of its own. Intelligent and fearless it won't balk at a muddy field but still enjoys the role of pampered, evil spirit dissuader.
LOL! Um...yeah...okay.

Hovawart-Germany-Estate or watchdog, fiercely loyal.
The whole description pretty much fits me to a t. Interestingly, I am descended from a German Baron. I guess that is where the "estate" dog comes in.

I'm a Belgian Shepherd
hard working, obedient (yes dear), attentive and intelligent dog. Vigilant with strong guarding and herding instincts it makes and excellent guard. (I have three daughters!) Needs a lot of exercise (wrong there!) Enjoys wars. ( Lately that's come in handy)

American Water Spaniel here. Description was excellent swimmer, great as a family pet, perfect choice for therapy dog. All of that is fine, except I'm not a swimmer! I have a fear of water - oops.
I wanted to be a Golden Retriever (which is what we own). Dang!
