My church put on a musical today "One Nation Under God" where we celebrated the 4th of July and had a little fun at the same time.

We had a couple of great moments during the service.. We had our own special "Salute to the Armed Forces" where a member of each branch came out with a flag and as they came in.. those in the congregation would stand if they were or if they had family in that branch.

On the very next song.. we did a "Sunday School Spectacular" which included songs that we probably all learned as kids in Sunday school class.

This included a touching moment where a girl who's probably no older than 6 came out and sang "Jesus Loves Me".. that actually brought a tear to my eye..

The show also included the "Star Spangled Banner.." {the whole song.. not just the words we know lol}.. and it included "One Nation Under God" as well as several others.

Cool beans Jeremy..

I forgot to mention that during that Armed Forces salute.. the choir also sung each branches' anthem..
