The Civilian Border Watch group-the American Border Patrol (no relation to the ineffectual Federal Agency), released a video today showing two of their members acting as illegal crossers coming across from Mexico wearing backpacks representing portable WMDs-they made it to their destination in Sierra Vista without any encounter with the other BP. The BP issued some mealy mouthed CYA statement that was utter BS in response. We are in deep Kimchi folks.

I agree 110%; until we CLOSE and fortify BOTH borders, we have every reason to fear terrorist infiltration (not to mention the flood of illegals coming in by the tens of thousands every hour...).

We've always said was gonna happen someday and here it is, in black and white, I mean, who KNOWS how many REAL terrorists have slipped across the border

TUCSON - A border watch group claims it successfully sneaked into the United States carrying a fake weapon of mass destruction.

American Border Patrol spokesman Glenn Spencer told the Arizona Daily Star the test was intended to show how easy it would be for terrorists to sneak deadly weapons across the border.

Mike King, a former Army sniper who was assigned to Fort Huachuca as a National Guardsman after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, said he's hoping the demonstration will help convince government leaders that the country's southern border is a national security risk.

"I mean, you have people with backpacks, bottles of water and zero training coming across. I just wanted to show how easy this is for somebody with training to come into this country," said King, who now works as a technical director for the border-watch group.

Two members of the group carried a suitcase in a backpack into Arizona west of Naco Monday night.

One American Border Patrol member said the two men crossed a border fence that separates the United States from Mexico, then headed to a house in Sierra Vista without detection.

The Border Patrol had no immediate comment on the claim by the Sierra Vista-based group.

The Mexican government is checking a videotape and may enter a formal complaint with the United States government.

"If the incident can be confirmed," said Miguel Escobar, Mexico's consul in Douglas, "a formal letter of protest will be submitted to the U.S. government."

What is so sad about this is that it is being buried and ignored by the administration and the media.

What is even SCARIER is the fact that we KNOW(I have no proof)that WMD's have been smuggled into this country and are awaiting deployment when the command is given. As I said, I have no proof, but with literally thousands crossing the borders daily unimpeded you can bet the bank on it!!!

Here in Houston, especially aroung our petrochemical complexes, more people have been seen taking pictures(I know it could be innocent, but I have lived here for 30+ years and these are not places tourists would take pictures of) especially at entrances etc. and always seem to disappear before any kind of authority can get to them to question them.

That's right David! Returning from our yearly trip to Albq New, Mexico last year, we spotted 4 *gentlemen* of Middle Eastern Decent, snapping photos of a railroad bridge near Grants, New Mexico, needless to say, we stopped, called the authorities and moved on. Now WHY on earth would you take photos of a RR bridge and like you said, of a petro plant?

I know why the photos are taken "D'OH!" Just a hypothetical question "LOL!"

One of the things that was suggested when this taking photos issue was brought up in the press(barely mentioned mind you)was that it could have been a student "working on a project"!! LOLOLOL!!! UH, NONE of the schools are in session right now, not even the Universities(and if they are I doubt that a project like this is part of any summer school course that could be offered).
