Electric cables burst into flames as an eight-story office building which was leaning precariously for days in one of Manila's busy commercial districts, collapses Friday July 23, 2004, hours after occupants fled in panic following creaking sounds and bursting water pipes. More of that to come with all the shotty make a quick buck unregulated construction going on for years throughout the world... :roll:

Were hoping the current inspectors recognize the problems before the occupants have to.. :eek:

Yeah, I saw that on the news yesterday. Scary stuff, to say the least. Amazingly, no one was hurt.
