UGLY thought...

This is in the realm of "what if", but...consider the possibilities of Islamic Americans, under "orders", going in to their voting places and blowing themselves up...along with thousands of voters, machines, etc.
The ramifications are ugly, yet...it's worth discussion.
What say ye?

I know that Raleigh is home to a Jihad group...as well as some other cities
...let's pray and hope for a peaceful Election Day...inspite of these evil cowards.

I thought about that. NOT a comforting thought.

There sure are a lot of targets in this free country of ours. I propose public service announcements on spotting suspicious persons.
And let me go on record as saying that I'm in favor or profiling. Anyone named Ahmed, Mohammed, etc. has to vote in a special booth in the parking lot.
I think that the American Psyche is different than Spain. If there is any mischief before the election, the votes will swing to the right.
Here's another scenario, Al Queda, et. al. quiet down and starts talking conciliation. Kerry gets in and THEN the fecal matter hits the ventilating device.

Don't let anyone with the name "Timothy" or "Terry" vote either, then...

As I told my son earlier today, if an attack occurs and it gets traced back to illegals crossing our southern border, two things will happen-first it will become open season on every illegal coming across (Bush will have to send the Military here to prevent a bloodbath) and secondly, neither Bush nor Kerry will have to bother about campaigning in Cochise County or possibly even AZ because we won't vote for either one of them with their amnesty for illegals attitude. As it is, I don't intend to vote for either right now.

But that may well be their plan - Get Bush re-elected.
I recently saw a documentary on Al Quaida's modus operandi which was very interesting. The party who in their view is more likely to attack a muslim country is the one they would prefer to be in power.

I suspect there will be a ratcheting up of threats and violence in other countries...and here, too.
They love it when we are scared...when we modify our behavior just in the possibility they might do something. Intimidation by fear is pretty easy once you behead a few people.
Election time would be an opportune time to wreck havoc...but barring some overwhelming form of intimidation or action, we should have elections on election day regardless.
If we move election day, what will be next?
