Reports of strikes on power generating and switching facilities in Iraq. The strike involved the use of carbon filaments to cause massive short circuits in the power sub-stations. This is a real slick way of turning of the power without destroying the infrastructure.

Those poor people probably do not even own candles. Saddam keeps all the money for himself. Hopefully he is in the dark FOR GOOD.
