Well basically it's low key from here through the weekend...basically because I'm now somewhat of a celebrity here in this area, not just here on storm2k, but around the Tri-State, recognized by quite a few...but we are going out to eat at 6pm, per my request, at Olive Garden...but other than that and maybe celebrate tomorrow night with my girlfriend, nothing really huge.

My daughters both love the Olive Garden too. I could easily fill up on their salad alone. And the BD cake, of which I'm sure is coming to your table, is very good, for a restaurant BD cake. Enjoy your dinner!

LOL Shoot, someone asked me for just that at the local skate park where I simply hang out on Monday night! So I'm kinda getting used to the idea that life might not be the same for a couple decades LOL! And BTW, yes their birthday cake is very good indeed, I had it last year too as we celebrated several birthdays including my own there on one night... actually went out last night too at Applebee's in Florence with about 10 ppl from my church bible study group...

Eric - I was thinking the same exact thing! Jeremy - check your mailbox!!! I saw Tim Hedrick grilling with winners for this week, and thought now why that couldn't have been you and your family?!! In honor of your BD too.

I vote FOR a place of honor for Jeremy there w/ the WKRC-12 mets...yes he's not officially a met for four more years...but still to see Jeremy Moses there in the column w/ Steve, Tim, etc., would be WAY COOL...since he's like a jr. forecaster apprentice!!

He could write up a bio to put along w/ his pic for the WRKC website!

And our Wxbuddy starts college this Monday at N. KY U., too!!

One time a young man interned w/ chief met Greg Fishel here in Raleigh on WRAL-TV5 during a severe wx outbreak a few years ago...would be COOL if Jeremy got to do the same w/ Steve sometime during a severe t-storms situation! :wink:

That is exactly what happened this morning! I was there downtown, and they out of nowhere got me a surprise b-day cake as well as a nice card! As far as this evening, it was great too! I got 50$ from my folks and the restaurant gave us a cake and I got a 20$ gift card! You guys are really making me tear up...thank you all!
