I downgraded a couple days ago from Windows XP to Windows 2000 (old computer and xp runs slowly) and every since, Internet Explorer seems off centered while maximized.... The X/close box is on the very edge of the screen and I can only see less than half the box... I have less than half of the scrollbar as well... Not a big deal but I have to look closely at the edge of the screen close a window or scroll up/down... My screen resolution is set to 1024X768 Pixels which I prefer cuz I can see more of the screen at once and dont like the giant Icons. Any Ideas on how to correct the off centered problem?

Check your monitor settings.. Horizontal size and location.. They can be rather tricky to adjust..I am talking buttons or dials on the monitor itself..
