skunk problems!

well fla has hurricanes and i have a skunk that has moved in around the house.so any one have a idea to make it move out?shot one will not do that any more!

There's NUMEROUS things that can be done, MANY are old wives tales, some DO work! Try putting moth balls around your house, under your house, take it from experience, they "DO" work!

ewww... I hate skunks. Be careful, they carry rabies very frequently.

You can also put out rags soaked in ammonia
around your lawn, as well as a good liberal
sprinkling of red cayenne pepper!

Get one of those super water guns - the ones that shoot 50 feet. Fill it up with hot sauce. When you see the critter, nail it!
OK, I don't know if that'll work, but it sounded good.

you might want to get in touch with the local extension office for Fish and Wildlife (dont know what its called in NC) and see about getting a trap.
apparently in some places, spotted skunks are actually protected. again, dont know about NC, but you might want to call and find out before you kill it....
