Why does it have to always be on Saturday night ? Most of the time i'm working on that night. If i'm not working I will be out on a date . Who wants to waste time chating online on a saturday night ? Thanks for listening to my rant !

Well wrkh, thanks for voicing your concerns, but I don't think ticka, MF, and Chad will take to the idea of moving the chats to another night. Personally, I favor what the majority favors. Whichever night most people are available, is the night we should schedule the chats. And from what I see, most people are avalable on Saturdays. Remember, lots of people are out doing stuff Friday nights as well.

Besides, there are only 50 days left till cane season. It shouldn't be too long before we get people coming in and chatting during the week.

Maybe we could set up a Friday night chat in addition to the existing Saturday chats? I don't see anything wrong with that. Ideas??

I also have trouble making it to chat on Sat nights. But I don't know what other night would work for everyone. Tough call.

That is a tough call. Most evenings are out for me. I dont make it to chat to often. I do agree though it has to be a night when the majority of users can make it. Hopefully when cane season rolls around I will be able to stop by and say Hi.

I have gone to the chat room a few times on other nights of the week and there were a few people there to chat with. One time on a Sunday night we actually had a pretty decent-sized group of chatters. 8)

Right JCt777.. Saturday night chat was just the day that was picked because that was the night everyone seemed to be available for, but there is no reason why we cant do another day in addition... Everyone can make there suggestions.. The room is always available, and like HD said once cane season aproaches everyone just seems to camp out in thre no matter what day it is.

Like OtherHD said, pretty soon we'll have a group in there every night!

When things get hot in the tropics you will see a chat room full with people everyday and night and when a system threatens a place 100 people in the room is a given.

kids, hubby, and those kinds of "greater" responsibilities -
those folks might have a particular night in mind...?

How about Tuesday night's? Until Cane season gets going and like OtherHD and others said - then there are people every night.

Tuesday is good! Of course, I am usually home every night but Wednesdays!

I am not online often Thursday through Tuesday evenings. I am home, but spend sometime offline. If I am not online Wednesday evenings, it's because I will probably be on another night that week.

I am interested in accessing the chatroom at anytime to see if anyone is there. If it works, just having it once a week (outside the hurricane season) then only so many of us are available to access it that one evening.

Tuesday is usually a clear night for most people. Sounds good to me. Are we going to need additional mods in chat?

Tuesday is also good for me if it starts at the same time as the Saturday chat.

I'll drop in for a Tuesday chat as well!
