Anyone besides me hear the Bob and Tom show this morning or at least the 6am hour? Well they had a news story about Ivan...and the Jamaican Prime Minister came on and started talking about the situation over there...well for some perverse reason, they started LAUGHING at the way he talked...like that isn't how a normal Jamaican talks??? Give me a BREAK! It's serious news, NOT something you should be laughing about!

I've never heard the Bob & Tom Show... but what I have heard about in the past, I am unfortunately not surprised.

Yeah, it really shouldn't have surprised me either, but still, it's just not right, we have a monster almost at our doorstep and they're laughing about it?

Yeah, I heard the PM talking a short time ago on Power 106, the Jamaican radio station linked on http://www.go-jamaica.com.

Seems silly to me for them to laugh about how he talked. Do they ever listen to themselves?

You know we all have accents. We think we don't but we all do. I've never listened this show but I would have been disgusted also Jeremy. Of that you can be sure. I was watching a live report from Jamaica on TWC. Shoppers were being interviewed as they stocked up at a grocery store. A young father was holding his toddler aged son and expressing how worried they all were. I will admit I had a hard time at first understanding what he was saying 100% of the time but never did I think it was funny. I just wanted to make out what he was saying.
