And thank you Dennis! Our goal when we started was to create a board where people would feel like they're at home and among friends. Because of all the great people who have decided to make this their internet home it's all happening! Everyone should be proud!

Thanks Dennis and I started in this board from the begginning of it and really this is a growing board that I had made many new friends and also it is a board that everyone of the members can post about anything from weather events to garden and sports and talk about other themes outside weather.This board is the most friendly and peaceful one that I haved been since I am in the internet and I haved been in many boards but this one is an awesome one and after may 1 well it will confirm that it is #1 around the net.

Storm2k is a fun place to be. We are like "family" here. I enjoy being w/all of you, too.

I have to concur ... this is a great place to be ... you post some of the wackiest threads I've ever seen on the Net here though!

I feel the same about you and everyone else here. Some are my old pals and I have found some new as well. Will not be long and they will be my old pals too.

Yes, this is a friendly board. Everyone seems to get along very well. I like the fact that tempers rarely flare and that tipos(!) are allowed!

I'd have to say that this is a pretty good bunch to put up with the likes of me. I've been in a funk lately. This is one of the places that I go to get happy again.

Ever since you hung that sign out on weather.com sayin' "Ya'all come on in now," you've brought a ton of us weather crazies together.

I've been awarded certificates, shook hands with officials, got front row seating, and even kissed babies while running for election, but nothing...nothing I've done in my 56 years compares to bringing a warm smile to a troubled heart or making another weather crazy like you and I laugh til it hurts.

You, my friend, have helped all of us come together and deserve much credit for openin' yer door to let us in!

And the best news of all? It's just beginnin!!!

Me too Dennis. If I didn't like this board I wouldn't catch up the best I can on the posts and threads I have missed.

I love it here, too! Ya'll are a great bunch of people. And on top of that...because you guys post some great topics, I feel I know some of ya'll better as well.

Thank you Dennis for kind of starting the "Pot Belly Stove" and "Front Porch" I truly believe that those two boards on TWC really helped to bring people together and start a "web family". Storm2k has really helped to foster and nurture that feeling after "D-Day". It's a nice new home!

I have to agree with all of you. I dont know what I would do without this place...
