At home, in the car, at work, whatever? Doesn't have to be music either.
For me:
WKRQ-FM Q102
http://www.wkrq.com
WLW-AM 700
http://www.700wlw.com
WVMX-FM 94.1
http://www.mixcincinnati.com
Not necessarily in that order, depends on time of day.

http://www.wbap.com in DFW (Talk radio online). But now that I have a new office, I might be able to bring my radio back here and pick up KTRH-AM in Houston (Talk radio also). It's next to impossible to get many radio stations in the hospital.

I usually have a CD playing in my car.
But, at work, I usually turn on the 103.9 WVBO "Valley's Best Oldies" in the mornings due to the 'baby boomer's' that come into swim. That also makes my boss happy. If not that 98.5 WQLH Star 98. Mix of 80's and today. Or 101.1 WIXX (top 40)

KTAR Talk Radio for traffic, weather, and an occasional good topic of conversation.
Otherwise...KMLE country radio.
Drive time is the only time I have the radio on. At home I pick CD's or listen to Musicmatch through the computer.

I flip through all of them, honestly .....94.5 The Buzz (alternative rock), 103.9 KRBE (pop), 96.5 The Mix (as its name implies)... I even listen to 97.9 The Boxx every now and then (the rap station)....the Mad Hatter morning show is actually interesting sometimes, they are really trying hard to get out the vote this year and have city council members etc on sometimes....I was really impressed by that.

KCTY Plattsmouth/Omaha - Retro 106.9
Website
This is not your typical "mix" format with the 80s, 90s and today. Retro 106.9 plays songs that rarely get played nowdays, even on those so-called "80s and more" stations. Late 70s, 80s and early, early 90s is the format.
