Please pray for me and my great aunt

I need all the prayers and support I can get folks..

Last night my great aunt Millie went completely blind. She's 87 and a bad diabetic. She lost her right eye to glacoma in 1995, and her eyesight failed in the left eye yesterday evening. We knew this was coming (eye surgeon told us two years ago it was only a matter of time), but doesn't make it any easier.

I've been looking out for her since 1995...she has no children and has been widowed since 1979. She's lived by herself since her husband passed away, and wants to continue...but I just don't see how (her old frame home is large with a lot of stairs). Granny and I want her to move in with us (she's here this morning), but she doesn't want to live anywhere but her home.

Thanks in advance and God bless you..

Perry

(I may not be online much the next couple days. I'm taking her to the eye doctor...even though I already know his previous diagnosis)

Perry, I am very sorry to hear this about your great aunt. Losing one's eyesight that fast is terrible. Thoughts and prayers to her, you and your family.

I am sorry to hear about the situation Perry. I know it can be hard for an elderly person to leave the home they love. I will pray for you and your aunt. :)

You and your aunt are being lifted up as I write, Perry...and may I ask our "prayer warriors" for intercessory prayers for one of our Missouri State Guard CSM's, whose father has been diagnosed with a brain tumor, please?

Thanks.
