Sorry Linda. I didn't feel like searching for the description list earlier today (took me several minutes to find it a little bit ago)... I edited my posts to add some information.
I didn't get speakers with my new computer, because I figured the ones I had would work. I ended up not having any for just over four months. In April I got Creative speakers.

I have the 5.1 surround sound speakers. They rock!! Have the Soundblaster Live sound card. It is a great computer for all that I do, which is about nothing.

I got my Linux installation to work at 4:30 this morning after a week and a half.

So does that count for anything?
