Josh, Fox News has been #1 for quite some time, well ahead of CNN and even further ahead of MSNBC. This is just the first time that they've beat the combined competition for the entire quarter.

Here is Nielsen's 3rd quarter averages:

Fox News Channel - 1.8 million viewers
CNN - 882,000 viewers
MSNBC - 421,000 viewers
Headline News - 226,000 viewers
CNBC - 133,000 viewers
