Actually Tom a whole week in advance many members congrated Josh as I commited an error of the dates in the calender as I posted 1 week ahead of the real day.

Ah...your 21st Birthday!

It's finally legal to do all the things you've been told you couldn't.

And so now the challenge is different. How can you take all that responsibility and opportunity and make it your friend.

Josh...I know you've had your share of problems and challenges this past year, but your presence here is appreciated and enjoyed. Hope you have a great year 21...and watch a whole new world open up in 2003!
