Meteor seen over DC?

Derecho posted over on WWBB that he saw a meteor in Suburban DC last night heading south.

Most definetely I satellite re-entry. Seen them before. Rare, but meteor like, and burn in the atmosphere for minutes

The Draconid Meteor Shower occurs every October 9th

It was reported on a meteor list (meteorobs)..no one has yet to say if it was a reentry or meteor. More than likely a meteor, it could be a draconid but just as likely a sporatic.

As Coldfront said there is a meteor shower every year on October 9th, go out tonight if you can and check it out!
