EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- A woman with a history of swindling has now been accused of stealing popcorn from her son's Boy Scout troop.
A judge in Illinois has set $50,000 bond in absentia for Pamela Collins, who is also known as Pamela Davison.
Collins has been charged with felony theft for allegedly taking $535 worth of popcorn from the Scout troop and not turning in money for the sales.
Police say Scout leaders didn't know about Collins' past when they let her take part in the annual fund-raising drive.
Authorities say Collins had in the past pleaded guilty to taking candy and candy sale money from various fund-raising groups
Mother of the year??
