That IMO is sick... she had a wonderful family life prior to this situation... why ruin it with an student/teacher affair.

My problem is... she's old enough to be his MOTHER.

Sick, sick, sick. :x

Shannon and Brent - ditto. It is sick, I don't care if he's now 21, it's sick. She not only threw away her own family, she took away this boy's chance to be a BOY. He never got to have crushes on girls his own age, get nervous about asking a girl out to the Prom, etc. He was already 'taken' and that's what is sick about this - she took this boy's chance away for a normal life.

And if you get right down to it, she also took away her two children's chances with this boy (sorry, can't quite call him a man, b/c he'll always be that Elem school-aged boy to me) to have normal lives too.

She directly affected and changed the lives of her own first 4 kids, her ex-husband, the boy and now the two kids she has with him - that makes 8 people she changed the course of their lives all because she couldn't suppress this urge to have a fling with a boy.

Well, there's my 2 cents on the matter. Even 10, 15, 20 years from now when this story surfaces again, I will still feel this way. It was just flat-out wrong.
