BREAKING NEWS: My bike got stolen :(

A little over an hour ago.. my bicycle got stolen from outside a local mall here. I had just come from the bank to deposit my 1st Wal Mart paycheck.. I was not even in the mall 10 minutes..
Guess that means it's either back to riding the bus and walking home from work.. or taking care of this unexpected expense with my next paycheck.
The irony is I was finally gonna buy a lock today on my lunch break.
Also.. I wanted to report that I'll be starting what I call a "Wal Mart Journal" I'll be writing about some of my experiences on the job.. If you ever wanna read some of them.. Just request it and I can either PM them or post them here

LOL..
I know it's partially my fault because I didn't have the bike locked.. But I also think it's sad that some people have to be so selfish..

I am so sorry to hear.
I wish that didn't go on around here.
John, I believe it is the lowest of low when someone steals a guy's ride.
What do you think you can do about it?
How soon could you get another?

Which I wouldn't take any crap. Sorry about that John. The irony as you said was you were going to buy a lock on your break.Well you can still do that and if the police recover it, then you have a lock and don't have the risk of it happening again.

In late 1999 while my mom was working late nights at a Nursing Home, her truck got broken into and her radio got stolen.
It's just another case of some people steal stuff because they're too lazy to work.
