I made the transition over the weekend from Duragesic Patch to Kadian, which is a time-released oral morphine sulphate. I slept alot Saturday but was able to go to band practice yesterday.

I had to sit most of the time but the guys understood because I was lightheaded. Usually I stand up on Sundays to get used to playing a gig. We didn't quite make it through our whole set list because our singer was having flu like symptoms as well..

The Jaguars kicked butt and beat Indianapolis.. we were watching during practice... What a game!!
