AP reporting from Abu Dhabi that the United Arab Emirates president has died.

Sad news.

Wasn't he one of the strongest U.S. allies in tht region? I hope this doesn't bring about a lot of change. I am sad to hear of his passing, no matter what, but this does bring up that question, imo.

Prayers and thoughts w/ his family.
