It just occured to me...

that I hadn't shared my news with y'all on S2K!
I'm gonna be a mommy!
It was definitely a surprise, and the shock was overwhelming at first, but now I am very happy and excited! (Not to mention scared!) It's still quite early, I'm only about 8 weeks along, but I just thought you all might want to know!
I just chose a doctor and haven't had my first appt. yet, but that will be soon... my first due date is June 21, we'll see if that changes!

The baby's due the first day of summer! That would be a nice girl's name (if you like unusual names).

Wow...Jacki, are you excited? Sure hope so. Please, please, keep us informed over the next seven months! Hope all goes well.
Going to get a little harder to sit at the S2k bar in about 6 months!!!

I don't even want to imagine sitting on a barstool in 6 months!
It's gonna be an exciting experience and I promise I'll let you all know how things go!
I'm going to try to move back into Davenport before the winter season kicks up, the less traveling I have to do to and from work the better!

OMG! I just read that book 'Where the Heart Is" and finished it last night!
