LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters) -- In the battle of computer-animated cartoons, "The Incredibles" held onto the top slot at the weekend box office in North America, while the costly Tom Hanks holiday movie "The Polar Express" pulled in at a distant No. 2, according to studio estimates issued on Sunday.

1. "The Incredibles," $51.0 million
2. "The Polar Express," $23.5 million
3. "After the Sunset," $11.5 million
4. "Bridget Jones," $8.9 million
5. "Seed of Chucky," $8.8 million
6. "Ray," $8.4 million
7. "The Grudge," $7.1 million

I haven't really seen much hype about that movie over here - is it really that good?

I saw "Alfie" last weekend. Jude Law is way too handsome! I'm old enough to remember the original "Alfie." Jude Law is definitely more handsome/rakish than Michael Caine. The storyline itself makes this more a chick flick. This version has the same direct talking to the camera by Alfie as the original. Did I mention that Jude Law is incredibly handsome...?! :P

Has anyone here seen The Incredibles yet?

Duckie...is Colin Firth in the 2nd Bridget Jones movie? I haven't seen much about it...what I saw showed Hugh Grant, but not Colin Firth.

Yep. I should probably stop looking at what movies are doing well - otherwise I'll end up seeing them all this Friday. :)

I think it would be! If you've seen and liked Monster's Inc., Nemo, then you will really like this one. :)

But honestly I say to you go and see After The Sunset and remember dont be late because the start of the movie is a principal part that you dont want to miss so be early with the popcorn. :)
