I wonder if a fly-swatter is considered a weapon? It woudn't be very comfortable to sleep on, but it might work on the pesky little kickers.

MD-80 flights aren't that long; I can't think of a reason why you would need a pillow other than the one mentioned above (smothering little cretins).
