Chad...corn pudding isn't like the chocolate pudding that you and I know and (probably in your case) love. It's more or less dressing but it's cooked in the oven in a skillet as opposed to a plain cakepan type apparatus.
Anyways, in my case its the mashed potatoes. Yum.

OMG that sounds wonderful!!!!!
My favorite is in the bird stuffing, especially if it has oysters in it!!!
Actually I don't think there is a side dish at Thanksgiving that doesn't make me drool like Pavlov's dog!!!

Can't choose just one. The Thanksgiving meal is a blend of flavors...turkey, dressing, mashed pototoes, gravy, candied yams/sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. To isolate one from the other would be an injustice.

Dressing. My grandmother(now dead

) used to make the best. My aunt makes some that's pretty close to it now.

Black and green olives (with pimentos), celery sticks with cream cheese and paprika sprinkled on them, and pumpkin pie.
And I am a "white meat" person.

Oh, yea! NOW you're talkin', girl! Let's not forget the
giblet gravy that can be spooned over nearly everything!

YUM!!!!!
Bill - my Grandmother would ALWAYS have the olives and celery with cream cheese at every dinner we had over there. Loved It!
White meat here too!
