Anyone Know Flash??

I have what I think is a very minor change I need made in a flash header (un related to storm2k) If anyone is any good with flash please let me know.. I just need to change a line of text! Any help would be GREATLY apreciated..

I wish I knew also ... I would be able to make some substantial changes to my own personal website with that ... someone I know uses Swish, and he says it's real easy to do, but really bogs down my graphics ...
