I love oatmeal raisin cookies and my Mom makes a raisin filled cookies that is terrific.
My favorite isn't on there. It's called a Pizzelle. It's a very thin anise flavored waffle cookie that's made on something that looks like a waffle iron. I only make them twice a year but they taste great with milk, coffee, tea and even dunked in wine!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chad - on the flip side of this debate, I'm glad there are no snickers in them! My oldest is highly allergic to peanut butter and up until now I just assumed snickerdoodle's had PB in them!

I LOVE the white chocolate covered oreos!!!
And when I eat regular oreos I throw a couple into a glass of milk and eat them once they are nearly disintegrating...
Also, I love white chocolate macadamia, snickerdoodles, cookies &..., m&m cookies, etc. etc. etc.

It HAS to be Danish butter cookies (Danskebiscuit, Hedensted DANMARK) ...and now that a 2-lb. can has "mysteriously" arrived, I know it's Christmastime!
