What kind of an idiot steals a flag?

Some jerk stole a HUGE US flag from the flagpole at my son's high school within the last month. They have video but the angle is such that they cannot identify them. Who would do such a thing???

the video showed beards. no beards allowed at our high school. not to say that it wasnt some teenager from the area.

Hmm... Rival school pulling one on you? That would be dumb, though. Burning your school's name into your rival's field is cool. Stealing the flag would just be lame.
