What is taking the jury so long? I sure didn't see any mitigating factors in the defense portion of the penalty phase.

He won't get death. The jury vote has to be 12-0 for that and it won't be.

Life is more cruel anyway. If he were to get death, he'd sit on death row for at least 25 years, probably longer, and then be killed by a needle. :grr:
