Also, check out: http://www.convoyofhope.org !!!

This is a legitimate place based out of Springfield, Missouri who did wonderful things in 2003 for the tornado victims... earlier this year in Iraq... and also for the hurricane victims in Florida. Just another option for you.

Too premature to consider just yet, but I have been in touch with an organization in Banda Aceh that is hoping to establish an orphanage for some of the estimated 30,000 children orphaned by the tsunami there.

Perhaps if it comes to fruition we might consider it a unique focus point for some of our Storm2k friends to donate.

I'll let you know of any progress.

At church, a 6 year old little girl came out of Sunday School and said to a few of us, "The tsunamis are still fighting. We still need to pray for them." She obviously got a few stories mixed up but her heart was in the right place and she knows she's praying for a lot of people in other countries.
