Any good fireworks?

#1 Postby James » Sat Jan 01, 2005 5:00 am

Anyone here have any good fireworks last night? My next door neighbours set some off, but one of them was substantially larger than they expected, so everyone had to kind of run for cover. It was very cool though and extremely loud.

Some people at the end of the street where I was at last night set off some ground-based fireworks. Lit up the buildings like old Sarajevo. A couple years ago, same neighborhood, one of the neighbors set off so much that I'm sure they left a crater in the playground.

our neighbors set off fireworks for about 4 hours and every 30 minutes did some beautiful ones. The must have spent over a thousand dollasr on fireworks - it was great!!

A neighbor gave our street block a show but I was too glued to the New Year's celebrations on TV at the time! :D

I've seen some fireworks from North Dallas, mainly in the Garland area.

Central and Southern Dallas didn't get a chance to launch any, because of their dysfunctional mayor.

I just wish I would've seen some fireworks launched from Williams Square in Las Colinas (suburb of Irving).
