......NOT!

Just when you think you've seen it all.......who would waste their money on these things? LOL
On second thought, if you had a picky. finicky kid then maybe it would trick them into drinking their milk....but I don't know. Sure looks silly to me!

I guess they would match kitchens all decorated with cows? I do see cannister sets, dishes, towels, curtains, all with cows on them. This product would probably be a must-have for those kitchen owners!!!

I think it's kind of cute!!!! If people can put dolls with crocheted dresses over toilet paper rolls...why not cover a milk carton. BTW I don't cover my toilet paper rolls

The neoprene would keep the milk cold while it is out on the table.......though that still wouldnt get me to buy it!

Oh my gosh...that reminds me of one of my aunts. She used to buy my mom and dad cow "paraphenalia" for their house EVERY Christmas, and I mean for 5 or 10 years. For some reason, she got the crazy idea that my mom liked cows and cow-patterned junk. It finally stopped, but we used to have such a good laugh every Christmas when the next piece came along. It was probably really mean to do such a thing, but it was just hilarious that she thought my mom liked cows that much.

Sounds like my mom! My 14 year old daughter said she likes to fish. So this xmas she received several items for her room, that are more suited for a backwoods cabin - a mirrored coat rack, with a huge fish on it. A fish windchime. And oh, a dollar store fishing tape. Yes, these are items a teenager wants in her room - not!
What did your mom do with all these cow accessories? I'm just curious. We've given lots of things away my mom thinks we all want. But it would be difficult to hide all that cow stuff. I would think your Aunt would be looking for them each time she visited!
This is why gift cards are a better fit sometimes!!!
Only reason I even stumbled upon this page at Target.com was I was looking for a cute cookie jar, on sale. Ours finally broke. Couldn't believe what I was seeing when I saw these covers for milk cartons!!!
They would make a funny gag gift though....for the right person!

Actually, on the bottom of the page of that link is an even more intriguing product: the tiki-god tissue holder, complete with tissue coming out of its nostril! Now, there's a must-have for any home ... especially if you're a a pre-teen/teen/college-age guy with a certain mentality....

I am going to have to check that out. Add that to the gag gift I mentioned....he he.

LOL...Mary, I'm sure your 14 y/o just LOVED that stuff. I love it when people actually listen and buy for what they think you want, when in reality, well, it just isn't. I should hush before I get in trouble...I know my aunt and your mom were giving with nothing but love in the hearts/minds. LOL.
Anyway, my mom would strategically place a few of the pieces out when we knew the family was going to be over, but most of the time it was stowed away in a closet or the attic, hopefully never to be seen again!
I didn't see that tiki tissue holder at Target the other day, but they have some awesome new products in their new "World Bazaar" section...it's almost like Pier One or some other interior design store...very cool. It's in the seasonal section of most Targets...where the X-mas trees were.

It occurred to me that some fool would mistake that for a Gateway computer...

I have that tissue box holder

"Rudy" is one of the funniest things I had seen in a while. In fact between my sister-in-law and I, we gave about 10 as gifts...and they are all prominently displayed!

Didn't mean to offend, CajunMama. I should have added "... which I, too, often have." Yes, I can think of several people to gift the tiki tissue box to, and I'm sure my everlovin' guy would love to have one in our home office (AND our family room, AND our bathroom, AND ...)!

Oh yeah she loved those fishing-related gifts....not! They are in the garage right now in bags waiting to be taken to the Goodwill. A newspaper article appeared before xmas in our local paper, stating that a recipient should not feel obligated to keep ANY gift, for size, need or want. They should not feel guilty if they exchange it or pass it on to someone more suitable for the item. Once I read that article, I was on a roll. My entire family agreed with me when I told Laura - I will not allow you to hang any of that in your room, no way will I stand for that. I'm telling you what, I want to pull my mother aside and softly say - let me introduce you to a music store....Laura would love a CD! One will do. She's not hard to please (John Lennon, Nirvana, Something Corporate, a rock poster even, they're cheaper!). Not fishing items!!! My brothers/wives just about died when Laura opened up those gifts.....what do you do with such whacky relatives?
I did see that new section at our local Target. I was very impressed! Had to remind myself that I was in a Target also - it was like Pier 1 meets Target. Very cool!

LOL, those are wonderful gifts if you play "Dirty Christmas"!
My friends and I always do, and, $10 is the limit.
BTW, you won't get ME to drink milk with those
carton covers, either - I grew up screaming, "I
don't WANT milk! I am NOT a calf !!!"

Why not do two things at once....Buy a new GATEWAY computer, and then keep your dairy products in after that!!!
