Major Blackout at Northern Irving

Early this morning at 7:00AM CST, there was a major blackout at South Valley Ranch and North Las Colinas, the suburbs of my hometown; Irving, TX. A substation may have been hit by a drunk driver or something.
As a friend of mine was applying for a job at a Kroger Signature Store, I was wondering around the snack isles for anything good then a few lights started to dim a little bit, then the entire store went out. A few seconds later, the emergency power kicked in. After running up to the front door, I saw the whole block out. Houses, apartments, and other businesses north of Valley View Lane and President George Bush Freeway are also affected by the blackout.
More info to come later.
