Living on the Gulf Coast all we have is FOG. It hasn't gone away in days around my house, just off the beach. Wish I could see some pretty lights in the sky. hmmmmm would like to see the sky...haha

The gemag activity has died so the aurora warning is cancelled.

I went out around 8:00 pm for about half an hour but didn't see anything. It was about 4 degrees F, and I needed to get some groceries before the store closed. I appreciate the heads up, Steve. Keep them coming! I've never seen northern lights and I am determined to see them sooner or later, if I have to go to Alaska!

I've seen some really good pictures from this from all over Northern Europe. :) Think I may have seen a very very faint effect from this but I'm not sure. First time I've ever seen anything at all like it, usually these things are just visible in Scotland and not as far south as London or even Holland.

My husband is a great photographer. I wish we lived some place where he could take photos like these.

i've seen the aurora when we lived in north dakota and during several of my trips to Alaska. But never had a camera or the know how to take such beautiful photos....
