Just for curiosity, what's your hometown's population?

The population here in Irving, TX is 155,037.

Dallas is 1,000,026.

Oh, I dont even know. I remember when I moved here the population was around 25,000 , however its so confusing because all the towns are clustered so close together here we're all basically a suburb of West Palm, so it seems much busier. I think now its around 40,000 or so.

Houston-2,167,460

The Houston Metropolitan Area consists of eight counties in Texas.

The Houston-Galveston-Brazoria CMSA has approximately 4,669,571 people. It covers an area slightly smaller than Massachusetts but slightly larger than New Jersey. The metro area is comprised of Harris County, where Houston is based, and all seven counties surrounding it.

Muncy Borough where I live now is about 2,000 people and has two stoplights.
A year ago I lived near Williamsport, about 30,000.
My hometown, Bedford, PA is about 3,000.

According to the 2000 US Census:

City of Lafayette 94,440

Lafayette Parish 190,503

I know we've grown but I couldn't find anything more current than 2000.

About 8,000 in this city. There's two other cities in this area of about 10,000 and 2,000 respectively.

202,700 here in Scottsdale.

I like nearby Gila Bend, Arizona, where the sign reads something like "Home of 2,165 friendly people and 5 old crabs!"
