I posted a "Techie Question" earlier and if you have a computer (which I KNOW you do) you need to take a look. This topic could be very helpful to ALL computer users. This topic has shocked me and I am trying to get all the input I can on the subject. Hopefully, the info in the replies will help you as much as it has me!
