2. go white water rafting
3. be on fear factor!

Sorry, Brenda. I thought it was a multiple choice at first. I am not usually interested in these sort of things most of the time.

What would I do if I knew I was going to die on that date?

Let's see...

-Volunteer for a top secret military suicide mission?

-Volunteer for a one way space trip into the sun to gather valuable scientific data?

-Volunteer to become infected with a deadly disease and take experimental drugs?

-Do something outrageous to go down in history?

-Take the transcontinental bike ride that I've been dreaming of?

-Go off on a mountain top and wait for the inevitable?

-Keep doing exactly what I've been doing?

I would probably do what you other guys above would do. One additional thing would be to make peace with the people I've wronged.

Ideally, we should live each day as if it could be our last. But how often do we do that? We are gambling that we will get "more time" to make things right at some unspecified date. And then when that unspecified date arrives, the chances are that we will have regrets. I for one am guilty of this. I'll take this topic as a reminder to take care of the little things, like answering my son's question when I'm in the middle of posting here, and not getting frustrated.

I would try to apoligize for everything I did wrong to anyone.

Mouth off to a teacher that everyone hates, PARENTS included, and not only mine. ;)

Go on a date with some girl, I haven't done that yet.

My kids asked what I was doing. I read the above to them.

My 10-year old son Aaron said he would
1. say sorry for everything bad he did
2. pray to God
3. give loves to everyone in the family.

My 8-year old son Tyler would
1. say sorry to everyone he knows
2. pray to God
3. show respect to everyone.

This issue needs a lot of thought. I can see why it may not be getting many posts.

What a great learning experience for them! You have some very wise sons Coriolis!

Streetsoldier - I know you've been going through alot. I wish that you could feel at some point that death wouldn't be a relief. :(

Just one question...

Why would you wait until you knew that you were going to die before you got 100% 'right' with the Lord?

Why not do it everyday because we all are going to be accountable for every word and deed we have ever done. God doesn't want our lip service, he wants our love, dedication, and obedience!

If I knew when I was going to die, I would just go around and tell others about Jesus, that is all.
