Saddam Hussein

#1 Postby coriolis » Mon May 26, 2003 7:11 am

I saw a show on the History Channel last night about him. I'm surprised that they got it together so fast. It was rather graphic. It is absolutely horrifying how brutal he was. Removing him from power was by itself enough justification for us going in there.

It is amazing how he treated his own people. I agree, justification enough was done by removing him from power.

Uday and Qusay were brutally insane, as well. What a
horrific nightmare it would be to have to endure that
type of treatment for oneself and family!

Saddam has used terror and burtality to remain in power for so many years. The world is a little better place now that he's been removed from his leadership position. All three need to be brought to justice for thier actions.

MSNBC's Headliners & Legends profiled Saddam Hussien last night, too... it aired at 10:00 PM Eastern... hosted by Lester Holt. I had it on for a number of minutes, but didn't watch it.
