Retaining wall collapse on HH parkway in NYC

TRAFFIC ALERT: A portion of the retaining wall of the Henry Hudson Parkway has collapsed just north of the George Washington Bridge. The parkway appears closed to traffic in that area. .... It's not clear yet whether any cars were buried in the dirt that is covering the roadway. ....
