"We want SpringFest to be successful so we have a substantial dollar figure to give to Rebuild," Guerra said.

A $1 surcharge assessed by Tom Thumb convenience stores for every ticket sold goes to Rebuild. Also, 50 percent of the SpringFest net gate receipts go to Rebuild.
