Eating: What's easiest/best for you?

Are you able to eat an entire meal in one serving, or do "you have to" eat it in at least one more serving in order to finish it?

The latter is the case for me 9 out of 10 times.

My eyes are bigger than my stomach, so it takes more than one sitting for me :D

It depends on what "entire" meal means.

For me, skip hor'deurves and go straight to the
entree. Skip dessert, as well. I can usually eat
most of the main course, unless they serve "Bubba"
servings....

I'm referring to whatever consistutes a meal for you. The main course along with the sides.

Light breakfast - half of a bagel or english muffin. Maybe a banana or yogurt.

Light lunch - half turkey sandwich, apple, etc.

Dinner - complete meal. Chicken, potatoes, vegetable, etc.

That's my food for the day. A few years ago I didn't eat after dinner and felt so good back then. I've gotten lazy with this habit and the pounds have crept back on. Little by little. Thanks for the reminder to keep what I just typed above accurate. Need to give up evening snacking.

It depends on how "big" it is and how hungry I am. I can eat til I'm sick, but again, that depends on how hungry I am. If it's a food I like, it's RARE for me to have leftovers(when I was younger, I used to not be this way). I just don't put it on my plate if I am not going to eat it...
