Went in for X-Rays...

I sustained two bad falls within the past two weeks; one flat on my face, HARD, in the kitchen, and the second a few days later bouncing down the stairs. Since then, I've been unable to sleep, can't raise my left arm above shoulder height, and my head is unusually thrust forward, with accompanying muscle spasms and pain from the middle of my back to the skull behind my ears.
SO, I had a series of 11 X-rays taken today; it will be a few days until I hear anything.
FYI, streetsoldier (which is why I haven't graced these pages all that much lately).

Thanks, guys and gals. I will fill you in as information comes through, but I was also told that my bones are very "brittle" (?) which doesn't sound good. The nurse also noted some "wheezing", but that's to be expected of 37 years of smoking an average of 1.5 packs a day.
At least my BP is good...110/70, pulse 87.

Brittle bones may be a sign of osteoporosis. This is a sign of aging but if you are in your thirties, it may indicate something is wrong. please have your dr. check it out.

Bill....now what's Annabelle (she be the ho!) going to think if you are wanting to get down on her turf with her? She's always owned that spot by your feet...so don't you be challengin' her for some territory!
Be careful there young'en, and let those bones and muscles get on the mend again.
BP sounds better than mine, so let that be yer startin' point for the better (and safer) times ahead.
Seriously sir....glad you went to see the doc.
Now rockin's ok...but rollin? Not jist yet!!!

Yikes, Bill, I was away too, so I was surprised to hear about you eating linoleum. I hope it's nothing serious. You've been through enough already in your life. Time to get some rest, recuperate, and have everyone wait on you for a while. Let us know how the x-rays turn out. Did you have enough of them to glow in the dark?

Not glowing YET...but I am leery of Debi leaving Coppertop and me, going on vacation with her mother to Branson from 23-28 May...my "son, and moon and stars" will be gone all day (working, summer school to get a few extra credits, and Tae Kwon Do classes).
This leaves me with Annabelle (she be a ho') who has yet to learn how to dial 911 if I need it.
On the "plus" side, Debi sent for my WW II colllar tabs (
Kragenspiegel) and shoulder boards, rank of Colonel (
Shulterstucken u. Rangabzeichen fur Oberst) to add to my small, but growing collection.
