"WOW!" I came across a recipe yesterday evening, thought I'd try it tonight, I changed the recipe a *little* and have named this burger the *Snowman Burger!* Take 1# of lean ground beef, make 2, 1/4# burgers, take ANY stuffing you like ( swiss cheese, bacon, mushrooms, blue cheese, sauted onions) put that on top of the burger, NOW......make ANOTHER 1/4# burger, put that one on top of the other, seal the edges and there you have the *Stuffed Snowman Burger!* I stuffed my tonight with crumbled Blue Cheese, talk about GOOOOOOOOOD eatin' "MAN OH MAN!"

LOL! I forgot to add this, "When making the patties, make them VERY thin, if not, you'll have ONE heck of a time eatin' this burger!" You beat me to that Ed!
