Heard on fox news channel Jennifer Wilbanks will be charged. The charges will be a misdomenor and a fellony. If she was convicted she could spend five years in prison.

Well, if it is only because of cold feet, why couldnt she just tell someone or at least tell her fiancee?? I have heard of cold feet but this is going a little to far!!!!

JMHO, but she exhibited all the symptoms of panic/anxiety, with a possible underlying dysthemia (low-grade, persistent depressive state); the incredible wedding preparations could only potentiate the fears of a young lady who's suffering from these.

I'd give her a break...NO jail time, but some measure of repayment has to be worked out. She has a full plate as it stands. :larrow:

Thats whats wrong with this nation, every time someone breaks the law some doctor steps in and says they have some kind of a mental disease. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. Just like child molesters, now they say they have a mental condition. They don't have a mental condition, They are just perverts and rapists. This woman knew right from wrong, and she should be locked up! :grrr:

this woman has a history. at least one major shoplifting event (over $1000) and another one not too long ago. She is not the most responsible person. Dreaming up a story like that and accusing people that befriended her of sexual assault is just awful. Therapy isnt enough. A little cell threapy would do her good. What the heck happened to accountability?!?!?!
