Chicken....especially the fajitas from Chili's. Hmmmmm....what to have for lunch now

Since I'm not really a big beef-eater, I usually choose chicken. Best fajitas I've ever had were at a small "hole-in-the-wall" diner in the middle of nowhere, AZ, back in the early 1980's before fajitas were a part of the usual menu in Midwestern-area restaurants.
