Wasn't it awesome?!!! James Garner and Gena Rowlands were both terrific! There is only one other movie that mad me cry like that, and that was "The Way We Were".

Eric - LOL That was unlike you.....have a rough weekend? he he

My daughter Nina read the book and saw the movie. She loved both, the book slightly more than the movie.

She says I need to do both - read the book, watch the movie. Who stars in the movie again? Is it Kevin Costner (or was that Message in a Bottle, another chick flick Eric....I warned you!)

Eric - it's okay to catch us off guard now and then. You'd never get yourself in real hot water though - lukewarm maybe?

Now I'm running for cover!!!

Of course you could take this further and plan facials, manicures, etc. Whilst watching the movie too......

Not that I've ever done that before....maybe decades ago at slumber parties!

You know what...I'm man enough to actually admit that I do like watching some of those movies on Lifetime Network for ie. :) Saw one the other day...based on a true story....about a Baby Swap that occurred at a Sarasota, FL hospital...some here may recall the story about Kimberly Mays and Arlena Twigg.
